1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ThinkFood application (the "App") or the thinkfood-app.com website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkFood is a nutrition-tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to estimate the nutritional value of meals from photos, text descriptions, or voice dictation. Estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical or dietary advice.

3. User Account

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ThinkFood.

4. Pro Subscription

ThinkFood offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen at purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period, from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' systems or accounts, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code, or use the Service in any way that could damage or disrupt it.

6. Accuracy of Nutritional Estimates

AI-generated calorie and macronutrient estimates are approximate and may vary depending on photo quality, the description provided, and the nature of the dish. ThinkFood does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of these estimates. The Service is not a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional, particularly in cases of medical conditions, eating disorders, or specific nutritional needs.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, features, and branding are the property of ThinkFood and are protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you upload (meal photos), but grant us a limited license to process it as part of the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of a breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ThinkFood shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including any dietary or health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
